Heat treatment

Carbonization takes place in a deep quenching furnace PEGAT 950/4. By installing a computer system carbonization is performed by automatically adjusting the carbon potential, which significantly improves the performance of the process.

The maximum dimensions of carburized elements: diameter 750mm, length 900mm. Carburized layer depth up to 2.5 mm.

Induction hardening our induction hardening device allows for hardening the gears with straight and helical (skew) teeth with the modules from 2 to 8. Max hardening depth 1.8 mm.

Toughening only carbon (mild-alloy) steel. Dimensions: diameter 800mm, length 1200mm and weight up to 500kg.
