Gwarek 90kW, Gwarek 132kW, Gwarek 160kW Gears

Gwarek bevel gear works with the engine with a power of 160kW. Manufactured on the basis of the cast iron housing is designed for a drive of belt conveyors and other equipment, in which it is necessary to reduce the speed. Tree-stage Gwarek 160kW gear is fully compatible with Gwarek 1000 and Gwarek 81000 gears, has the same dimensions and connecting dimensions. In comparison to these gears, power was increased up to 160kW and the sealing mounting was changed (output shaft seal is mounted directly on the output shaft). This solution eliminates the possibility of breaking the seal while replacing the clutch disc. Another advantage is a reinforced gear housing which guarantees increased stiffness. Range of ratios was maintained as for Gwarek 81000 gear. High level of accuracy of the gears and the housing allows for silent, steady and reliable operation of the gear.
