KZT Bevel-Helical Gear

This gear is used in the drives of the conveyor belts and other machinery and equipment.
First stage of the gear (conical) and second stage (helical) are located in the cast iron hull.
Gear input shaft which is a pinion shaft of the bevel gear is mounted directly on the body.
Crown wheel is mounted on a toothed shaft forming a pinion shaft of the helical gear, mounted in the gear housing.
The gear and the bearings, except for input shaft bearing are splash lubricated with gear oil.
First input shaft bearings is lubricated with grease.
